How do I align the VacuPractor? – Position the VacuPractor so that the widest part of the VacuPractor is aligned with the narrowest part of your back, approximately where vertebras L4 and L5 are located.

What makes the VacuPractor different from all the other things I’ve bought that didn’t help? – When there is a problem the most effective solution is to reverse the cause(s) of it.  For  example: there are two forces that contribute to back pain.  One is disk compression caused by gravity and time.  The other is a “too-inward” curvature of the lower spine.  (hyperlordosis)  The VacuPractor provides a lengthening pressure to relieve disk compression.  It also PULLS OUT on the over-curvature of the lower spine.  (no other treatment does this.)  This simultaneous one –two combination has proven to be stunningly effective.

How long do I have to use the VacuPractor before I notice improvements? – Many people report that one use alleviates pain, some in as little as 5 minutes.

Is the VacuPractor something you wear? – No, it is a 10 to 15 minutes a day (or as needed) therapy.   The patients skin must come in contact with the device to create the gentle vacuum pressure.

How much does the VacuPractor cost? – The VacuPractor has an MSRP of $89.95 but can be ordered and prescribed by your Doctor and is covered by some insurance plans.
